Erwin attained the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Witwatersrand South Africa and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Africa on 10th of December 1991.
He commenced practice for his own account and developed a successful and large civil and commercial litigation practice gaining a broad range of clients and expertise in the process. His practice grew on the basis of commitment to his client’s interests, service to and teamwork with clients, initiative and innovative thinking.
He immigrated to Western Australia in 1997 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 2nd of September 1998. He joined a firm on arriving in Western Australia, became a partner and worked there for over 14 years as a specialist personal injury lawyer prior to joining Turner Freeman in 2011.
Erwin developed a special interest in litigation at all court levels in Tort and Common law disputes and personal injury claims including serious injuries or death, public liability, and disability insurance claims.
He has a passion for the welfare and rights of injured and disabled people and their just compensation. Erwin is well known in the profession for his sympathy to injured people and understands their pain as he too was injured in an accident. He looks forward to assisting you with your claim.
